As the owner of Get Karenated® Dance & Fitness LLC, my mission is to inspire self-confidence, uplift the spirit, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle in my clients through dance, fitness, and nutrition. I offer online personal and group fitness training, dance fitness classes, as well as private and group Horton technique dance classes.
