  • Here at Buy Melanin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you want to exchange your item for any reason, we will gladly exchange (contingent upon item availability) or issue you a store credit for any item that is in new and unused condition.

     

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns, unless product is defective.

     

    Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Your original source of payment will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the original item(s). You will be credited for any items exchanged, returned, minus any applicable shipping charges.

     

    Will I be charged shipping for an exchange?

    Yes, you will pay for shipping of the replacement item, however we will cover the cost associated with returning your original item.

    Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will cover the return postage for you. If the merchandise is defective, we will cover all shipping costs to facilitate an exchange.
